Due to COVID-19, shipping times have increased. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

We currently ship via UPS and are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.
Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be shipped! The total time of arrival after order is placed is to 5-10 days

RETURNS 


Returns will be accepted for items within 14-days of purchase, with the exception sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging, the same condition in which it was received. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

To complete your return, please contact info@aromasdeloft.com with the email used for your purchase.

If you believe your refund is late, please contact your credit card company, as it may take 7-10 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the email above.

Please note:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES

In the event your package arrives broken/damaged, please email us at info@aromasdeloft.com with photos of damaged items. We will then confirm and submit a claim to our delivery carrier for a redelivery.
