Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the merchandise is unopened and in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping: UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for returns. While we do not cover return shipping costs, we will cover the shipping fee for exchanges.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds apply only to the cost of the returned item and do not include original shipping fees.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

To receive a different item, the fastest method is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
