1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both domestic and international shipping options at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers
We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. The carrier is selected based on the best delivery route for your location.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal service delays.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, and tracking details will be provided for each package.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at info@aromasdeloft.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Customs clearance delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
